Setup, texting your time, timers and photos, travel, connecting eBill, and what happens overnight.
Welcome to Plani. Here's how it works, in about a minute and a half.
Setup is three questions. Your name, your firm, and your email. That's it. Your first two weeks are free.
Then text your time the way you'd say it out loud. One entry, or your whole day in one text. Plani splits it up, picks the CPCS category, and texts back exactly what it logged. Read that reply. If something's off, just say so.
Starting something? Tell Plani. Text done when you finish, and it does the math. Keep time on a legal pad? Send a photo. Plani reads it back and waits for your yes before it logs anything.
For CPCS travel, give it the two towns and how long the drive took. eBill works out the miles.
If you take CPCS cases, connect eBill from your billing page. Your password goes on that page, never in a text. Then Plani asks one question. The last date you already billed CPCS through. It only files after that, so nothing goes in twice.
Every night, Plani puts your time into eBill. In the morning, it's there. You review it and hit Submit. Plani never does. Until you submit, you can still change anything. Need a change after it's filed? Text it. Plani fixes eBill and tells you when it's done.
Your billing page shows every client and every entry, with Excel downloads for each court and each client. Log in at plans dot meetplani dot com with your phone number. We text you a code.
That's the whole thing. Text your time as you go, and Plani handles the rest.
