What changed in Plani from late September to late October. Almost all of it was suggested by someone like you.
Plani logs time for New Hampshire appointed cases with LegalServer's seven categories. Travel is billed by the hour, the way New Hampshire pays it, so Plani never asks for towns or miles.
Every New Hampshire case gets a LegalServer sheet on its client page. Attach it as your invoice and enter two totals, Counsel Fees and Travel Time, instead of typing every line.
Plani logs time for Maine PDS cases with DefenderData's event list, one client per docket, in actual tenths with no minimum.
It also keeps the daily time log the proposed PDS Chapter 7 rule asks for, kept outside DefenderData. Download it from PDS daily log on any Maine client's page.
Plani logs time for Colorado appointed cases with CAAPS categories, ready for you to enter in CAAPS.
Tell Plani the state when you add the client. Colorado, Maine and New Hampshire clients each get their own card on the Rollups tab, with an Excel download.
Text a cost the way you'd say it. Plani puts it on that case's Other voucher in eBill, a new voucher for each expense.
It never submits the voucher. Anything over $50 still has to be printed and mailed to CPCS with the receipts. Under $50, keep the receipt in the case file.
If you call a client Bobby and eBill has Robert, tell Plani once and it remembers.
When what you type doesn't match anyone, Plani also checks the spelling on your eBill cases, so a client the court spells differently still lands on the right case.
People asked us to stop sending it, so since October 18 it only goes to people who turn it on. Everything in it is still on your billing page.
